Moral forum is an annual dialogue and debate program focusing on a values-based controversial issue. This year, students will argue in support of and opposition to the statement: In order to be a more moral society, the U.S. Government should require all applicable legal residents to maintain minimum essential insurance coverage for health care.

(For definitions of “applicable legal residents” and “minimum essential coverage” see Sec. 1501 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act: http://www.healthcare.gov/law/full/index.html)
